Blue Dart Express Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 25

The board of directors of Blue Dart Express Ltd have recommended the payment of Dividend of Rs. 25/- (Rupees Twenty Five only only) per share on the Equity Capital for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2024, subject to necessary approval by the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The dividend, if approved at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, shall be paid within 30 days of ensuing Annual General Meeting.
