Bharat Bijlee Limited fixes April 24, 2024 as record date for stock split

The Board of Directors of Bharat Bijlee Limited, through a Resolution passed by circulation, has approved and fixed Wednesday, April 24, 2024 as the Record Date, for the purpose of determining the eligibility of Shareholders of the Company, for Sub-division / Split of Existing 1 (One) Equity Share of face value of ₹ 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each, fully paid up, into 2 (Two) Equity Shares of face value of ₹ 5/- (Rupees Five only) each, fully paid up, ranking pari passu in all respects which was approved by the Shareholders of the Company, through Postal Ballot on Thursday, March 21, 2024.
