Easy Trip Planners Limited invests Rs. 33 crores in E-Trav Tech Ltd

Easy Trip Planners Limited has, on March 30, 2024 entered into definitive agreement(s) with E-Trav Tech Limited ("Target Company") and has made an investment of an aggregate amount of INR 33 crores in cash for acquiring approx. 4.94% of the aggregate post-allotment paid-up share capital of the Target Company on a fully diluted basis. Further, the investment made is subject to the terms of the definitive agreement(s) executed by the relevant parties.
