Aditya Birla Capital Ltd makes further investment in Aditya Birla Capital Digital Ltd

Aditya Birla Capital Limited ("the Company" or "ABCL") has made an investment of Rs. 18,00,00,000 (Rupees Eighteen Crore Only) on rights basis, in the equity shares of Aditya Birla Capital Digital Limited ("ABCDL").

Pursuant to the aforesaid investments, there is no change in the percentage shareholding of ABCL and ABCDL continues to be wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company.

ABCL is making the investment in ABCDL to meet its growth and funding requirements.

Shares of Aditya Birla Capital Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 175.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 177.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 46544 in over 1027 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 178.35 and intraday low of 175.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8238712.00.
