Lemon Tree Hotels signs 11th property in Punjab 
              Shraddha Prime Projects Limited ('Shraddha Prime' or 'the Company') has entered into a Development Agreement with Himgiri Co-operative Housing Society Limited ('Himgiri Society') for a redevelopment project in Mulund West, Mumbai.
Spread across 1 acre of land, equivalent to 4,022 square meters, this project will be a multistoried high-rise tower in Veena Nagar - Phase 2 at Mulund West, Mumbai. Shraddha Prime has also made a payment of Rs. 2,60,15,100 towards stamp duty on the registration of the Development Agreement.
