Hindusthan Urban Infrastructure Ltd enters into MoU for land sale

Hindusthan Urban Infrastructure Limited has entered into a 'Memorandum of Understanding' on 12 March, 2024 with Nirmal Wires Private Limited, a company incorporated under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956, for the sale of the Company's unit with land admeasuring 45.785 Acres located at Plot No.: 321, 325/1386, Village- Champajhara, P.O.- Malipada, District-Khurda, Odisha - 752018.

The consideration to be received from the above sale is Rs. 72,51,00,000/- (Rupees Seventy Two Crores Fifty-one Lacs Only).

Shares of Hindusthan Urban Infrastructure Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2162.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2200.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 362 in over 51 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2195.00 and intraday low of 2060.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 775904.00.
