CP Italy S.r.l to acquire certain business assets of V-Shapes S.r.l

CP Italy S.r.l, Step down subsidiary of Control Print Ltd had submitted a binding offer for acquisition of certain business assets of V-Shapes S.r.l and the same has been duly accepted. The amount involved in the aforesaid transaction is approximately 3.6 million Euros.

The aforesaid transaction will be completed in due course, subject to regulatory and other clearances as may be required.

Shares of Control Print Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 998.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 966.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13365 in over 1001 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1010.00 and intraday low of 965.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 13319186.00.
