Sawaca Business Machines Ltd approves 4:1 rights issue

The Board of Directors of Sawaca Business Machines Limited in consultation with right issue committee at their meeting held on today 01st March, 2024, has approved the terms of the rights issue.

Right Entitlement Ratio - 4(Four) Right Equity Shares for every 1(One) Fully paid-up Equity Share held by the Eligible Equity Shareholder as on the Record Date.
Outstanding equity shares before Right issue - 114409900 Equity Shares of Rs.1/- each.
- Outstanding equity shares post rights issue (assuming fully subscription) - 572049500 Equity Shares of Rs.1/- each.
Terms of Payment - Full Amount for Rights Equity Shares shall be payable by the eligible shareholders at the time of making an application.
