Lemon Tree Hotels signs two new properties in Sankhwas Garh, Rajasthan and Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh

Lemon Tree Hotels announced the signing for two new properties - Sankhwas Garh, a Lemon Tree Resort and Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Vijayawada. Both the properties are expected to open in FY26 and shall be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary and the management arm of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.

Sankhwas Garh, a Lemon Tree Resort in Rajasthan will feature 51 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a banquet hall, meeting rooms, swimming pool and other public areas.

The Jodhpur Airport is about 110 kms away, while the Mundwa Junction Railway Station is just about 22 kms away from the resort. It is also well connected by road by both public and private transport.

Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Vijayawada will feature 44 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant and a meeting room.

The Vijayawada International Airport is about 15 kms away while the Vijayawada Railway Station is 6 kms from the hotel. The hotel is also well connected by both public and private transport from all major cities in India.

Shares of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 141.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 141.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 248636 in over 2828 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 142.90 and intraday low of 139.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 35140588.00.
