Magnum Ventures Ltd fixes Jan 25, 2024 as record date for rights issue

The Board of Directors of Magnum Ventures Ltd, at its meeting held today i.e., 18th January, 2024 has considered and approved the following terms of the Rights Issue:

Instrument: Fully paid-up Equity Shares of face value of Rs.10/- each.

Total number of Equity Shares and Rights Issue size: 90,59,433 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10 each, for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs. 4,892.09 Lakhs;

Rights Issue Price: ₹ 54/- (Including a premium of ₹ 44/-) per Rights Equity Share.

Record Date: Thursday, January 25, 2024

Rights Issue Period:

Rights Issue Opening Date: Wednesday, February 07, 2024; and
Rights Issue Closing Date: Wednesday, February 21, 2024

Rights entitlement ratio: upto two (02) Equity Share(s) for every eleven (11) fully paid-up Equity Share(s) held on the Record Date.

Other terms of the Rights Issue (including renunciation): To be included in the Letter of Offer to be filed by the Company with BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
