Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd to divest 50% stake in Ajmera Luxe Realty Pvt Ltd

Ajmera Realty & Infra India Limited ("ARIIL") has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement ("SPA") with Keystone Realtors Limited ("KRL") to divest 50% equity shareholding in Ajmera Luxe Realty Private Limited ("ALRPL"), a wholly owned subsidiary of ARIIL.

Therefore, upon completion of the aforesaid transaction in terms of the SPA, ALRPL would cease to be a wholly owned subsidiary of the ARIIL.

Shares of Ajmera Realty & Infra India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 506.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 507.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10868 in over 703 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 515.00 and intraday low of 499.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5512683.00.
