Ashok Alco-Chem Ltd is now Aeonx Digital Technology Ltd

The Members of the Company through the Postal Ballot resolution dated 21st December, 2023, approved the change in the name of the Company from "ASHOK ALCO-CHEM LIMITED" to "AEONX DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY LIMITED".

The Company then made an application for the change of name to the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Mumbai and the ROC has approved the application and granted a new Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to the change of name to "Aeonx Digital Technology Limited" dated 29th December, 2023.

Shares of ASHOK ALCO-CHEM LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 132.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 132.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13724 in over 87 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 134.50 and intraday low of 127.70. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1811271.00.
