SEAMEC Ltd enters into Bimco Charter Party for vessel Subtech Swordfish

SEAMEC Ltd has entered into a Bimco Charter Party dated 1st December, 2023 with M/s. Zamil Offshore Services Company, Saudi Arabia for Charter Hire of our Vessel "Subtech Swordfish" for working in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and UAE.

The Charter Hire will be for a firm period of 90 days with option for extension on mutually agreed terms. The Charter Hire to commence within the window of 1st January, 2024 to 15th January, 2024

The Total value for the firm period is USD 5.296 million.

Shares of Seamec Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 930.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 908.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3618 in over 430 trades.
