RattanIndia Power Limited updates on prepayment of debt

Post refinancing of senior secured debt of Rs. 1,125 Cr. lead by Kotak Bank Limited in the month of June 2023, RattanIndia Power Limited has till date made prepayments of Rs. 179 Cr. and scheduled repayment of Rs. 85 Cr. Consequent to this, outstanding senior secured debt stands reduced to Rs. 861 Cr.

Shares of RattanIndia Power Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 10.11 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 10.64. The total number of shares traded during the day was 62355571 in over 16739 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 11.10 and intraday low of 10.11. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 639078967.00.
