Praveg receives Work order for Developing Tent City at Nagoa Beach, Diu

Praveg Limited, India's leading eco-responsible luxury resorts company, announced receiving the work order for development, operation, maintenance and management of the Tent City at Nagoa Beach, Diu. The work order is for a period of three (3) years that could be extended up to another two (2) years.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Vishnu Patel, Chairman - Praveg Limited said, "We are delighted to receive the work order for developing, maintaining and managing Praveg's Tent City at Nagoa Beach, Diu. We are thankful to Diu Tourism department for reposing their faith on us. Last year they awarded us a Chakratirth beach resort that is currently operational and this year they awarded second project Ghoghla Beach resort, which is under development and will be operational shortly. Once Nagoa Beach project is operational, our guests will experience Praveg's world-class amenities and facilities near scenic coastal area."

Praveg's ultra luxury resort at Nagoa Beach, Diu, will have 37 resorts with a convention hall having capacity of 250 people, one restaurant with a capacity of 150 people, spa, swimming pool and other facilities. Nagoa Beach is located in Nagoa hamlet of Village Bucharwada and is 8 kms from Diu. Nagoa a perfect semi-circle beach where the gentle lapping waves beckon you to wade into them for a fun filled time of swimming, gamboling or just lolling around the soft sandy shores or find you napping under the rare palm trees filled with the soothing breeze.

With the addition of this resort, Praveg will now have 6 properties in operation and 10 under development. Company aims to further add more eco-responsible luxury resorts across India.

Shares of Praveg Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 537.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 574.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 78881 in over 1731 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 564.00 and intraday low of 534.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 43294075.00.
