Optiemus Infracom Ltd forms JV company

Optiemus Infracom Ltd has announced that "Bharat Innovative Glass Technologies Private Limited" has been incorporated as a Joint Venture cum Subsidiary Company of Optiemus Infracom Limited on October 04, 2023.

The new subsidiary company has been incorporated to carry on the business of:

(i) manufacturing of the Finished Parts for use in mobile consumer electronic devices (or other cover glass applications mutually agreed by the Parties);

(ii) selling the Finished Parts to mobile consumer electronics manufacturers and OEMs (or other cover glass applications mutually agreed by the Joint Venture Parties), or their designated supply chain participants, for use in their operations; and

(iii) such other business as may be agreed by the Parties.

Shares of Optiemus Infracom Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 289.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 290.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 20133 in over 869 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 296.10 and intraday low of 286.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5873026.00.
