Veranda Learning teams up with BAssure to become a one-stop shop of next-gen staffing

Veranda Learning has been at the forefront of enhancing the value proposition for its enterprise clients. The public-listed education company (BSE: 543514, NSE: VERANDA) announced that pursuant to the share purchase agreement signed on May 22, 2023, Veranda Administrative Learning Solutions Private Limited (VASPL) has joined hands with BAssure Solutions, a company specialising in the Hire-Train-Deploy model termed as NextGen Staffing.

BAssure offers industry-relevant talents with Modern Web/Mobile app development, UX/UI, Full-Stack Digital Engineering Talents, Data Engineering, Microservices and API Developers with Cloud, DevOps, and Agile experience. BAssure's engineers are mentored by top-notch experts through their unique skilling frameworks and receive hands-on experience through hackathons, Live projects, and Product Development. CareCentra, Smartfluence, HCLTech, Cognizant, SCB, DBS, and Prodian Infotech are a few of BAssure's clients. Ravi Kuppuswamy, Founder and CEO of BAssure Solutions, believes that his company has an important role in bridging the skill gap in the IT sector. Shares of Veranda Learning Solutions Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 181.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 180.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3914 in over 138 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 184.20 and intraday low of 180.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 711145.00.
