The public listed Education company (BSE: 543514, NSE: VERANDA) announced signing a share purchase agreement on the 22nd of May 2023 with Six Phrase, South India's largest Skill Development and Career Development Enterprise.

Veranda Learning Solutions and Six Phrase will offer a wide range of skill development programs designed to equip students with industryrelevant skills.
