Tera software Ltd signs JV agreement with Sitra Infotech Pvt Ltd

A joint venture Agreement executed today i.e., 18th July, 2023 by Tera software Limited with Sitra Infotech Private Limited as approved by the Board of Directors of Tera Software Limited at their meeting held on 12th Jury, 2023, in the ordinary course of business and to incorporate a Joint venture company to participate in e-tender invited by ONGC for award of contract for "Survey, Engineering, Supply, Installation & Commissioning of CCTV System.

Shares of Tera Software Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 48.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 48.36. The total number of shares traded during the day was 625 in over 14 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 49.00 and intraday low of 46.80. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 30198.00.
