Amba Enterprises Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.30

Amba Enterprises Limited's Board has in its meeting held on 18th July, 2023 has recommended declaration of final dividend @ 6% i.e. 0.30 paise per Equity shares on Face Value of Rs. 5/- each for the financial year 2022-23 subject to the approval of Shareholders of the Company at ensuing Annual General meeting.
