Veranda RACE together with Sreedhar's CCE to foray into newer markets

Veranda RACE, a wholly owned subsidiary of Veranda Learning Solutions, a public listed Education company (BSE: 543514, NSE: VERANDA), is joining hands with Sreedhar's College of Competitive Exams (CCE), a prominent institute for competitive and entrance exams in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. This takes Veranda Learning to a leadership position in the country in the competitive exams test-preparation space.

Sreedhar's CCE, founded by Mr. Sreedhar and Mr. B. Sita Ram in 1995, has been a pioneer in the field of competitive exam coaching in Vijayawada. The institute is known for its rigorous curriculum, experienced faculty, and a strong emphasis on disciplined learning. Sreedhar's CCE has laid emphasis on the hybrid model in the last few years and its offline and online coaching has been a hit with the students. Veranda RACE, through this, now impacts over 1 million students in the competitive exams test-preparation segment. Veranda RACE and Sreedhar's CCE enjoy a combined subscriber base of over half a million on YouTube. "With this, Veranda becomes one of the biggest players in the country when it comes to competitive exams test-prep space. Shares of Veranda Learning Solutions Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 184.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 180.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1783 in over 104 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 186.35 and intraday low of 180.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 326870.00.
