Keystone Realtors Limited - Q1FY24 Operational Update

Keystone Realtors Limited has announced key operational updates for Q1FY24:

Pre-Sales: We are happy to inform that the company has achieved the Best Ever Quarter-1 Pre-Sales of INR 5.0 bn in Q1FY24 as compared to INR 2.4 bn in Q1FY23, showing a growth of 106% YoY basis.

Collections: Collections is robust at INR 4.9 bn in Q1FY24 as compared to INR 4.0 bn in Q1FY23, showing a growth of 22% YoY basis

New Launches: Launched 2 projects in Q1FY24 having saleable area of 0.6 mn sq ft and estimated GDV of INR 8.9 bn in line with our guidance.

Business Development: We added 3 Projects in Q1FY24 having saleable Area of 1.1 mn sq ft and estimated GDV of INR 25 bn. All these are redevelopment projects. These strategic additions align with our goal to maintain and strengthen our leadership in the redevelopment space.

Commenting on the Company's operational performance for Q1FY24, Mr. Boman Irani, CMD of Keystone Realtors Limited, said "we are delighted to announce operational update for Q1FY24. During this quarter we have achieved the highest ever Quarter- 1 Pre Sales. This reinforces our confidence to reaching our annual Pre-Sales growth target of 25% as per our guidance. Additionally, we have made significant progress in expanding our portfolio through the successful launch of two projects and the addition of three new projects."
