NBCC India Ltd signs MoU for redevelopment of MEA Housing Complex

NBCC (India) Limited has announced the signing of Memorandum of Understanding between the Company and Ministry of External Affairs for "Redevelopment of MEA Housing Complex (Old) at Kasturba Gandhi Marg, New Delhi" for a tentative cost of Rs. 175 Crore (Approx).

The Ministry of External Affairs has sanctioned an amount of Rs. 261. 71 crore for the "Redevelopment of MEA Housing Complex (Old) at Kasturba Gandhi Marg, New Delhi.

Shares of NBCC (India) Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 40.18 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 39.31. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1940915 in over 4129 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 40.69 and intraday low of 39.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 77106262.00.
