The board of directors of Elegant Marbles and Grani Industries Ltd has approved the recommendation of Final Dividend of Rs. 3.30/- per Equity Share (33.00% per equity Share of face value of Rs.10/- each) for the year ended March 31, 2023 out of the profits of the Company. The Payment of final dividend is subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The dividend will be dispatched / paid within 30 days of its approval by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM.
