Ciba India Board recommends dividend of 35%

Ciba India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 25, 2008, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 35% i.e. Rs 3.50 per Equity Share of Rs 10/- each for the year ended March 31, 2008, (previous year dividend - 50% : which included a special dividend of 30%).
