Fire at Signet Industries Limited's Pithampur factory

On June 11 2024 between 06:00A.M. to 07:.00 A.M, major fire broken out at Signet Industries Limited's factory situated at Plot no. 462-465 and 476 -478, Industrial Area, Sector-3, Pithampur, Dist-Dhar-454775. The Fire Brigade was called and the fire was brought under control by them. There are no single human injuries. The Company is in the process of ascertaining the cause of the fire and the quantum of damages/loss of Stocks in the Factory premises.

The Company has adequate insurance coverage and has informed the insurance company about the incident of the fire and requested to arrange for the Surveyor.

The whole Signet Group Staff has put tremendous efforts in this critical situation.

Shares of Signet Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 86.78 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 90.89. The total number of shares traded during the day was 116941 in over 1267 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 91.90 and intraday low of 84.29. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 10118546.00.
