Aptech Ltd approves 2:5 bonus issue

The board of directors of Aptech Ltd has approved issue of Bonus Shares to the Equity Shareholders of the Company in the ratio of 2 : 5 [2 (Two) Equity shares for every 5 (Five) equity shares] held as on the record date, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the meeting by postal ballot.

Shares of Aptech Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 484.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 470.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 48290 in over 2732 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 493.45 and intraday low of 461.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 23075305.00.
