S Chand And Company Limited extends closing date for investment in ixamBee

S Chand And Company Limited had announced regarding proposed acquisition of minority stake in ATOZLEARN Edutech Private Limited having brand name ixamBee by the Company together with its wholly owned subsidiary namely Chhaya Prakashani Limited.

As per mutual agreements between the parties, the date of closing of investment has been extended upto May 15, 2023.

Shares of S Chand And Company Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 212.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 212.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13302 in over 888 trades.
