Anand Rathi Wealth Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 7

The Board of directors of Anand Rathi Wealth Limited has approved and recommended Final Dividend of 140% (i.e. Rs. 7 per equity share) for the financial year 2022-23. The dividend, if approved by the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be paid within 30 days from date of AGM.
