V.S.T. Tillers Tractors Ltd enters into JV agreement

V.S.T. Tillers Tractors Ltd has entered into a tri-party Joint Venture agreement with HTC investment a.s, ( a company incorporated under the laws of the Slovak Republic and holding Company of Zetor Tractors a.s.) and Zetor Tractors a.s. (a company incorporated under the laws of the Czech Republic), to form a Joint Venture Company which would carry on the business of Trading of Higher HP Tractors, other agricultural equipment and spare parts etc., The details of the Joint venture company will be informed in due course of time.

Shares of V.S.T Tillers Tractors Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2288.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2257.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 552 in over 115 trades.
