Wardwizard Foods and Beverages Ltd approves conversion of warrants

The Board of Directors of Wardwizard Foods and Beverages Limited in its meeting held on Tuesday, 28th March, 2023 has considered and decided the proposal to convert and allot 3,73,00,000 Equity shares of the face value of Rs. 1/- each at price of Rs. 5/- each (including premium of Rs. 4/- each) on conversion of convertible equity warrants issued by the Company on preferential basis to the Promoters and Strategic Investors not forming part of the Promoter group of the Company in terms of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018 as amended.

Upon allotment of these equity shares, the paid-up equity shares capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 15,82,40,000/- comprising of 158240000 equity shares of the face value of Re. 1/- each to Rs. 19,55,40,000 comprising of 19,55,40,000 equity shares of the face value of Re. 1/- each.

Shares of Vegetable Products Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 34.59 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 34.86. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4659 in over 74 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 34.90 and intraday low of 32.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 158979.00.
