CG Power and Industrial Solutions Ltd approves interim dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited at its Meeting held today i.e. 2nd March, 2023 have considered and approved the payment of Interim Dividend at Rs. 1.50/- per Equity Share i.e. 75% on face value of Rs. 2/- per share for the Financial Year 2022-23. The Record Date for determining the Members eligible to receive aforesaid Interim Dividend is Wednesday, 15th March, 2023.

The Interim Dividend will be paid on or after 29th March, 2023, but within 30 days from the declaration of Interim Dividend in terms of the relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.

Shares of CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 307.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 305.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 110839 in over 1956 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 309.60 and intraday low of 299.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 33953976.00.
