Manappuram Finance Ltd approves issue of NCDs on private placement basis

The Financial Resources and Management Committee of the Board of Directors of Manappuram Finance Limited ("Company") at its meeting held on January 24,2023, approved the issuance of Secured, Non-Cumulative, Redeemable, Listed, Rated Non-Convertible, Taxable Debentures of face value of Rs. 100000 (Indian Rupees One lakh) for a principal aggregate amount of upto INR 1100,00,00,000 (Indian Rupees Eleven Hundred crores only), on private placement basis.

Shares of Manappuram Finance Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 115.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 118.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 241214 in over 2122 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 118.85 and intraday low of 114.80. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 27921157.00.
