Meghmani Finechem Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors of Meghmani Finechem Limited at its meeting held today i.e. on 19th January, 2023 has also declared Interim Dividend at Rs. 2.50/- (i.e. 25%) per Equity Share on 4,15,50,158 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each for the year FY 2022-23.

The Company has fixed Wednesday 01st February, 2023 as the Record Date for the purpose of ascertaining eligibility of shareholders for payment of interim dividend.

The Interim dividend will be paid to those shareholders, whose names appear on the Register of Members on Wednesday, 01st February, 2023.

Shares of Meghmani Finechem Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1196.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1175.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2645 in over 471 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1222.05 and intraday low of 1171.60. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3182172.00.
