Pondy Oxides and Chemicals Ltd invests in ACE Green Recycling Inc

Pondy Oxides and Chemicals Limited has entered into a share purchase agreement with M/s. ACE Green Recycling Inc. and has accordingly made an investment of $ 5,00,007.60 on 30th September 2025.

ACE Green Recycling Inc. is in the business of recycling lead and lithium batteries, creating value from end-of-life materials. Through advanced processes, they recover and refine lead metal from used lead batteries, while extracting lithium products and related materials from lithium batteries.

ACE Green Recycling Inc was incorporated in USA on 03rd March 2021 with an aIm to provide innovative battery recycling technology platform offering sustainable end-of-life solutions. It has deployed modular, Zero Scope 1 Carbon emissions free recycling plants for Lead batteries and Lithium (NMC & LFP) used in various industries including electronics, automotive and energy storage. Collaborating across the battery ecosystem, ACE aims to create localized circular solutions to retain critical battery materials within countries generating battery wastes.

ACE Green Recycling Inc. has a global presence extended across the United States of America, Singapore, Taiwan, India etc.
