Sai Silks Kalamandir Limited - Business Update - Q2 FY2025-26

Sai Silks (Kalamandir) Limited has announced the Business update for the quarter and half year ended September, 2025 subject to audit.

During Q2 FY2025-26, our company achieved a turnover of approximately Rs. 444 crores, representing a growth of 28% compared to Rs. 347 crores in Q2 FY2024-25. For the H1 of FY2025-26, our turnover reached Rs. 823 crores, marking a significant rise of 34% from Rs. 615 crores in H1 FY2024-25.

During the quarter, the following 5 new stores were opened

Kanchipuram Varamahalakshmi Silks - Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh - August 07, 2025
Valli Silks - Nizampet, Hyderabad, Telangana - August 09, 2025
Valli Silks - Attapur, Hyderabad, Telangana - September 22, 2025
Valli Silks - Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh - September 24, 2025
Valli Silks - Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh - September 29, 2025

Our company is planning to expand its store presence with 10 new openings as follows.

- Under the Kanchipuram Varamahalakshmi Silks format, we are planning to launch 6 new stores - 3 in Tamil Nadu, 2 in Karnataka, and 1 in Telangana. Additionally,

- under the Valli Silks format, we are planning to launch 4 new stores, with 2 each in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

Shares of Sai Silks Kalamandir Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 151.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 153.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 23142 in over 575 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 154.50 and intraday low of 150.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3532004.00.
