Indian Overseas Bank increases interest rates on deposits from Dec 10, 2022

Indian Overseas Bank, one of the leading Public Sector Bank has hiked the interest rates on Domestic/NRO/NRE and FCNR(B) term deposits with effect from December 10, 2022.

Domestic / NRO / NRE depositors will get interest rate upto 7.30% by opening term deposit with Indian Overseas bank for a period of 444 days and upto 7.25% for a period of 3 years & above.

Foreign currency depositors shall be paid interest rate up to 4.25% by opening FCNR(B)/ RFC term deposits with Indian Overseas Bank.

Shares of Indian Overseas Bank was last trading in BSE at Rs. 25.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 24.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6857177 in over 8226 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 26.00 and intraday low of 24.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 170558313.00.
