Cyber Media India Ltd pays Rs. 14.25 crore in OTS with PARAS

Cyber Media India Ltd had earlier announced regarding One Time Settlement ('OTS') with Pridhvi Asset Reconstruction and Securitisation Company Limited ("PARAS"), Hyderabad.

The Company has now paid the entire OTS amount of Rs. 14.25 crore, and accordingly, the loan account with PARAS has been closed, and the mortgaged / pledged / hypothecated immovable / movable properties of the Company have been released.

Shares of Cyber Media (India) Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 18.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 19.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2788 in over 35 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 19.70 and intraday low of 18.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 52772.00.
