JMC Projects India Limited raises Rs. 75 crores through NCDs

The Management Committee of the Board of Directors of JMC Projects (India) Limited at its meeting held today i.e. October 17, 2022 has allotted 750 Repo Rate, Unsecured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of the face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh Only) each, for an aggregate nominal value of Rs. 75,00,00,000/- (Rupees Seventy Five Crore Only) divided in Series A Debentures (375 Nos.) and Series B Debentures (375 Nos.) on private placement basis.

The said NCDs will be listed on Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE Limited.

Shares of JMC Projects (India) Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 106.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 108.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 49367 in over 1092 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 109.75 and intraday low of 104.60. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5290121.00.
