Ceenik Exports India Ltd board approves dispose off assets

The Board of Directors of Ceenik Exports India Ltd, in their meeting held today, considered and approved the proposal to sale or otherwise dispose off the assets of the Company situated at Ground Floor, Unit No1, Peninsula Tower 1, Peninsula Corporate Park, Ganpatrao Kadam Marg, Lower Parel, Mumbai - 400 013 at the fair value as may be decided by the Board in the best interest of the Company, subject to the approval of shareholders at an Extra Ordinary General Meeting.

The board also approved the draft notice convening Extra Ordinary General Meeting ("EOGM") of the Company through Video Conferencing ("VC").

Shares of CEENIK EXPORTS (INDIA) LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 12.17 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 12.79. The total number of shares traded during the day was 201 in over 2 trades.
