Secmark Consultancy Ltd allots 62,22,300 shares

The Board of Directors of Secmark Consultancy Limited has approved the allotment of 62,22,300 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each as fully paid-up Bonus shares at its meeting held on October 13, 2022.

The shares are allotted in the ratio 3:2 i.e. 3 (Three) Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for every 2 (Two) Equity Share of Rs 10/- each held by eligible shareholders whose name appeared in the Register of Members of the Company as on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 i.e. the Record Date fixed for this purpose.

The Pre-Allotment equity shares capital has increased from 41,48,200 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, amounting to Rs. 4,14,82,000 to 1,03,70,500 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, amounting to Rs. 10,37,05,000.
