Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd increases its lending rates by 25 basis points

Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd. (IBHFL) revises its reference rates on Housing Loans and MSME Loans by 25 basis points in line with other leading Home Loan lenders and banks recent revisions. The new rates will be applicable for new customers from 1st August onwards, and for existing borrowers from 5th August onwards.

Shares of Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 110.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 114.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2334261 in over 15914 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 116.40 and intraday low of 108.70. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 260728353.00.
