Genesis Gas Solutions Received first ever contract for laying Commercial Pipeline for Indian Oil - Adani Gas Pvt Ltd

Vikas Lifecare Limited's subsidiary Genesis Gas Solutions Pvt Ltd has ventured into Commercial Pipeline Contracts with a first ever order from Indian Oil Adani Gas Pvt Ltd (IOAGPL).

Indian Oil Corporation Limited, a Maharatna company of Government of India and Adani Total Gas Limited - a city gas distribution company that is a part of country's leading integrated business conglomerate - The Adani Group - joined hands to form Indian Oil - Adani Gas Pvt Ltd (IOAGPL). Whereas IOAGPL is laying infrastructure for development of city gas distribution networks to supply the Piped Natural Gas (PNG) to the industrial, commercial and domestic segments and Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) to the transport sector.

The gas exploration and distribution segment has registered tremendous growth and offers promising future prospects embedded in the enhanced use of gas resources for fuelling India's economy for the decades to come, while Genesis Gas Solutions Pvt Ltd has been eying on growing its business operations via diversifying its business interests beyond the Gas Metering, Smart Gas Meters. While supplying Gas Meters to the industry leaders including Gujarat Gas Limited (GGL), Avantika Gas Limited, and many more renowned companies engaged in gas exploration, gas transportation and gas distribution.

Shares of Vikas Lifecare Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 5.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 5.42. The total number of shares traded during the day was 470563 in over 782 trades.
