Signal Analytics Pvt Ltd invests in Soultrax Studios Pvt Ltd

Signal Analytics Private Limited, a subsidiary of Xelpmoc Design and Tech Limited has invested in the Equity Share Capital of Soultrax Studios Private Limited to the such extent that said Company has become the subsidiary of Signal Analytics Private Limited and a stepdown subsidiary of the Company with effect from May 27, 2022.

Signal Analytics Private Limited (SAPL), subsidiary of the Company is in edutech business and new step-down subsidiary company is in content creation business, hence there are opportunities for the two businesses to work together to develop synergies.

Total Investment as approved by the Board of SAPL is upto Rs.2,49,71,625/- to acquire upto 15,855 Equity Shares at an issue price of Rs.1,575/- per share, in one or more tranches. Out of which Rs.1,99,99,350/- has been invested to acquire 12,698 Equity Shares at an issue price of Rs.1,575/- per share.

Currently SAPL hold 12,698 equity share i.e., 54.75% of shareholding of SSPL. Further, If SAPL will acquire 15,855 equity shares as stated above then SAPL will hold 60% of shareholding of SSPL.

Shares of Xelpmoc Design And Tech Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 210.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 199.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2626 in over 308 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 214.90 and intraday low of 199.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 542440.00.
