Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 0.85

The Board of Directors of Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd at its meeting held on May 25, 2022, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.85 per equity share, in addition to interim dividend of Rs. 4.95 per equity share paid, for the Financial Year 2021-22, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company. The final dividend would be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration at the 106th AGM of the Company.
