The Dharamsi Morarji Chemical Company Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of directors of The Dharamsi Morarji Chemical Company Limited at its meeting held today recommended Final Dividend of 10% (Rs. 1/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each) for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2022, subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). The said dividend, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM), will be paid to the shareholders within 30 days of AGM of the Company.
