Nxtdigital Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of Directors of Nxtdigital Ltd at their Meeting held today i.e. on May 18, 2022 has, recommended final dividend of Rs. 4 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each i.e. 40% of face value of share for the financial year ended March 31, 2022 subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Shares of NXTDIGITAL LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs. 376.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 375.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 857 in over 148 trades.
