PDS Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 23.85

The Board of Directors of PDS Ltd at its Meeting held today, has considered, approved and recommended payment of Final Dividend of Rs.23.85 per Share (Rupees Twenty-Three and Eighty-Five Paise Only) per Equity Share of the Face Value of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each for the Year ended March 31, 2022, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Final Dividend, if approved by the shareholders, shall be subject to tax deducted at source, and will be paid within 30 days from the date of Annual General Meeting.

Shares of PDS Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1584.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1636.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 521 in over 127 trades.
