Shipping Corporation of India Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 0.33

The Board of Directors of Shipping Corporation of India Ltd at their meeting held on Friday, May 06, 2022 has recommended a dividend of Re.0.33 /- per equity share of face value of Rs.10 each i.e., 3.3 % per share, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The dividend would be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration at the AGM.
