Veranda Learning Solutions Limited to acquire T.I.M.E

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25th April, 2022, approved and noted the acquisition of T.I.M.E (Advanced Educational Activities Pvt Ltd).

The board approves increase of Authorised Capital from Rs. 60cr to Rs.100cr and increase of Borrowing powers from Rs. 250cr to Rs. 1000cr.

The board also approved issue of Non-Convertible Debentures / Bonds / Other Instruments up to Rs.1000 cr and increase of Investment Limits from Rs. 750cr to Rs. 1000cr.

Shares of Veranda Learning Solutions Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 198.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 189.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 63355 in over 176 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 198.55 and intraday low of 198.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 12579135.00.
